Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, platform, and digital services provided by Giftily Digital Gaming Services (“Giftily”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Digital Products: Gift cards, vouchers, game credits, top-ups, digital keys, and all intangible goods.
  • User / Buyer: Any person who creates an account or makes a purchase on Giftily.
  • Dashboard Delivery: System where users can access and view all purchased items.
  • Auto Delivery: Automated instant top-up delivery through our supplier integration.
  • Manual Delivery: Orders delivered manually when Auto Mode is not available.

2. Nature of Service

Giftily provides digital goods and game top-up services. All products are intangible and delivered digitally to the User’s dashboard or game account. Once delivered, products cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.

3. Account Requirements

Users must provide accurate information and secure their accounts. Giftily is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or account sharing.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods

4.1 Gift Cards & Vouchers

All codes are delivered directly to the User Dashboard. A delivery confirmation email is also sent. Once visible, the product is considered successfully delivered.

4.2 Game Top-Ups

For supported games, delivery is instant through Auto Mode. For others, delivery is manual and may require additional time. Users must enter the correct Game ID, Server, Region, and Details. Giftily is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

4.3 Completed Delivery

  • The product appears in the User Dashboard, or
  • The Auto Mode /game server confirms the top-up as “successful.”

5. Refund & Replacement Policy (Strict)

5.1 No Refunds

All sales are final. Giftily does NOT provide refunds in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wrong product purchased
  • Wrong region or version purchased
  • Wrong game ID submitted
  • User changed their mind
  • Unauthorized orders by family/friends
  • Delayed delivery caused by user mistakes

5.2 Replacement Only if Proven Defective

Replacement is only provided if the product is proven invalid after verification with our suppliers. If confirmed valid, no replacement will be issued.

5.3 Buyer Mistakes Are Not Covered

Giftily does not compensate for mistakes made by the User, including wrong region, wrong product, or wrong ID submission.

5.4 12-Hour Claim Rule

Users must check and use their product within 12 hours of delivery. After 12 hours:

  • No disputes can be opened
  • No replacements can be requested
  • No claims, complaints, or chargebacks are accepted

This rule protects Giftily from late claims and fraud attempts where users hold products for long periods then attempt chargebacks.

6. Storage of Purchased Products

Users may store purchased products inside their Giftily Dashboard. Storage is entirely at the User’s own risk. Giftily is not responsible for any consequences of long-term storage.

7. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

Any attempt to open a false dispute, file a chargeback without contacting support, or misuse delivered digital products will be considered fraud. Giftily reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the User’s account
  • Blacklist the User from our platform
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors and authorities
  • Provide proof of delivery and logs during disputes

8. Pricing & Availability

Prices may change without notice. Product availability depends on stock , suppliers and partners. In rare cases of unavailable stock, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

Giftily is not liable for losses caused by:

  • User mistakes
  • Incorrect game/account information
  • Delays caused by suppliers or game servers
  • Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

10. User Responsibilities

By using Giftily, the Buyer agrees to:

  • Read the product description fully before purchase
  • Ensure correct region, version, and product type
  • Enter accurate game IDs and information
  • Not abuse promotions, bugs, or pricing errors
  • Not attempt fraudulent chargebacks

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be handled directly with Giftily Support. Chargebacks opened before contacting support will be considered fraud.

12. Modifications to Terms

Giftily reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms follow international standards for digital goods and e-commerce services. Giftily operates under the name Giftily Digital Gaming Services.
